PAYMENT METHODS

Orders placed on sliwils.com can be paid by credit card through Shopify Payments payment gateway.

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

BIESES Y ELEMENTOS TEXTILES SA delivers orders within the Spanish territory. If you wish to place an order and deliver it abroad, send an email to info@sliwils.com and we will look for the best solution.

Orders are delivered to Sendex in 24-48 hours, as long as the products are in stock. All orders are processed before 3 pm so that those made after this time will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be delivered to the transport company on the first business day after the order is placed. You must take into account that the indicated deadlines are calculated in working days and that they may be affected by local or national holidays.

Sliwils.com will provide the address and contact telephone number to the courier company so that they can deliver your order, or contact you if necessary.

• Shipments less than or equal to 19.99 euros, shipping of 3.50 euros.
• Shipments greater than or equal to 20 Euros, free shipping.

 

Europe1

• Shipments less than or equal to 24.99 euros, shipments of 8.00 euros.
• Shipments greater than or equal to 25.00 euros, free shipping.

 

Europe2

• Shipments less than or equal to 39.99 euros, shipments of 16.00 euros.
• Shipments greater than or equal to 60.00 euros, free shipping.

The shipping price may be lower than those described or even free, depending on promotions.

 

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

The customs system may apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of their order since, in the case of the Canary Islands, it depends on the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax ("IGIC") and "Canary Islands customs". In an indicative manner, and in no case on a fixed basis, they usually charge between 15 and 30 Euros for Import Duties and Customs Administrative Papers, in addition to the percentage corresponding to the "IGIC". Likewise, we are not responsible for possible variations made from customs without prior notice.

 

PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER

The prices of each product include VAT (Value Added Tax). At the time of confirming the order and having made the payment, BIESES Y ELEMENTOS TEXTILES SA, will issue the corresponding invoice that you can view and download in the restricted area of the web and that you will also receive automatically by email. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND RIGHT

Out of stock product

If you place an order for an out of stock product, from sliwils.com we will contact you and inform you of the estimated time of receipt of the product.
If the sale of the product is not possible, you can cancel the order totally or partially and we will refund the corresponding amount.

Return

The user will have a period of 7 business days, from the date of receipt of the product, to return it.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Due to hygienic and health conditions, the return of any product will not be accepted once its plastic cover has been removed, opened or unsealed and that is not in perfect condition.

Likewise, the right of cancellation may not apply to personalized products or which, for reasons of hygiene or other legally provided exceptions, are not susceptible to this right.

Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

Once we receive the goods and verify that all the above conditions are met, sliwils.com will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made and, where appropriate, the shipment of the new product.

Refund

You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 30 days from our receipt of the exchange or return product. Remember that, when paying by credit card, your bank may not show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

Incomplete, broken or not corresponding to your purchase order

If the order you receive is incomplete, broken or does not correspond to your purchase, contact us by phone +34 938 744 851 or send an email to info@sliwils.com indicating the problem, personal data and the order number. We will review your case and make the appropriate changes.

If courier delivers a damaged package, do not accept it. Notify your case to info@sliwils.com and we will process the complaint.

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established. BIESES Y ELEMENTOS TEXTILES SA and the user, whenever current legislation permits, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products subject to these Conditions, expressly waiving any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
